RSVP for Apitherapy talk on July 10, 2-4pm

McDonald Garden Center, 1144 Independence Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23455. For questions, please contact: Ruth Meredith at bees@mcdonaldgardencenter.com
APITHERAPY is an alternative therapy that uses the honey, pollen, beeswax, royal jelly, propolis, bee venom and other products related to the bee hive in order to repair and maintain the health of the human body.

The beneficial effects of these products have been known since ancient times and are commonly used in parts of Europe. However, Apitherapy is not recognized as a healing modality in the United States as there are conflicting views within segments of the medical profession as to its effectiveness vs. western medicine.

McDonald Garden Center and the Hampton Roads Beekeepers will be hosting Lady Spirit Moon Cerelli, author of the recently released book "Apitherapy from a BEekeeper's Perspective" on July 10, 2016 at the Virginia Beach location of McDonald Garden Center.

Lady will speak from 2-4pm about the basics of Apitherapy. Her book will be for sale at the meeting at the discounted rate of $35.

Seating for Lady Cerelli's talk is limited. Please complete the RSVP form if you would like to attend.  We will also send you a reminder email for the event.
